Quality Creatine Monohydrate Formula
Python Nano Creatine delivers a quality formula of micronized creatine monohydrate in a sleek packaging. First impression is how fine the powder which mixes seamlessly with liquid making preparation simple and efficient. This sets it apart from other creatine powders in the market by far. The price point is excellent for a product of this quality and being a pure creatine monohydrate powder I feel provides the best effectiveness as compared to gummies or capsules that come with added filler ingredients. This is a must try for users of creatine to enhance their prep and workouts!

Premium to other creatine I’ve tried â dissolves fast
I’ve used a lot of the creatine you can get at the grocery store/GNC, and my #1 complaint was always that it was hard to dissolve in regular liquid. I frequently would reach the end of the drink and need to add more water/juice as it was building up at the bottom. This Python one dissolves quickly, and it even feels like the absorption/results from the workouts come faster than before. Highly recommend to upgrade your creatine routine!

Good Source of Creatine Even if the Amount is a Little Low
Python Creatine came in a 33-serving container with each serving containing 2 g of micronized creatine monohydrate. It mixed well with liquid, using both plain water and a protein powder mix. Even though it is unflavored, there was a bit of a detectable off-taste using the plain water, something I find is common with such products. This was not the case when mixed with the protein powder. The directions claim it can also be placed directly under the tongue for sublingual absorption, though I didn’t try this, so have no idea what effect this would have on taste or potential bitterness. While I have taken various creatine products over the years under different incarnations which includes gummies, capsules and powders with added ingredients, I still find pure creatine monohydrate by itself has worked the best when it comes to potential strength and lean mass gains. Sometimes keeping it simple is better. Therefore, I predict this product will work as well as the others in that regard and is above average for not including additional substances that are unnecessary or dubious. The only drawback that factors into its rating is the dosage, as most research, as well as my personal experiences, conclude that 5 grams a day is the optimal amount for muscle gains and this product is less than half of that for the recommended half a teaspoon serving. Of course, one could always double to a full teaspoon, but it would still be short of the 5 grams and use up the product faster. Currently for me, it is not as much of an issue since the protein powder I mix it with or take daily already contains some creatine, but if one was relying on just this for daily intake, one would not be getting the full benefit. I also have to deduct a star since the product does not seem to provide a scoop and not everyone might have a half teaspoon handy to measure the serving.Despite these shortcomings, I would still recommend this creatine product if you want to improve your performance or gains.

Rapid dissolve a huge plus
we’ve all dealt with powders and mixes that are a nightmare to dissolve/mix/drink – this solves that problem very well. I almost felt like it was a chemistry experiment or something when it went into water and disappeared.Trying this along with some gummies to see how I can boost results of my workouts. So far so good, and I’ll update as things progress. It does seem to be on the pricey side per dose by comparison to other listings (which do have solid reviews), but I’ll gladly pay for quality and the ease of taking it

Seems like good quality.. has no taste and dissolves very well.
I’ve only been using this product for a few weeks, and haven’t noticed any real big changes. But the product itself seems like it is good quality. it is an extremely fine power, like the texture of confectioners sugar, so it really does dissolve in liquid very quickly.I generally use the half-teaspoon serving size with some orange juice (or another kind of juice), or just water if I don’t have any juice. I don’t notice much of any taste or texture difference when I use it with juice. When I use it with water, there is no change in taste that I notice, but I do notice a little difference in texture. It’s almost like coats your tongue/mouth with a thin film when mixed with water, but it’s barely noticeable, and it goes away quickly. The packaging seems pretty solid, but can be hard to open. It might be because of the secondary plastic seal inside the jar, but the lid just seems a little tough to turn. Not a biggie, just something I noticed.
