The quality of the bands and the accessory pieces is very good. The door jam attachment works perfectly for movement and stretch. Each band stretches nicely in their individual weight class. The carry bag is large enough to fit all the pieces but small enough to pack for travel.

Well Made!
I’m very happy with these. I was hoping that I wouldn’t be disappointed in the quality, since (at the time at least) they were the cheapest option. I’m delighted with them.If I were looking for something to ding them for, they have a strong odor of rubber balloons. I washed them in dish soap and it helped, but I’m still happy with my purchase and intend to have them with me when I travel.

Great relief from flat elastic bands
Previously I was using flat elastic bands for shoulder exercising, which required knots, homemade handles and frequent snapping into unusable pieces. This kit has the right combination of âweightsâ, the attachment to walls/doors, and very easily attached handles. Very pleased with everything, especially considering the relatively low price.

A Great Workout, with a Noisy Catch
These bands offer a fantastic workout right at home. The variety of bands provides a wide range of resistance levels, making them suitable for both beginners and experienced fitness enthusiasts. I love the included handles, ankle straps, and door anchor which allow for a ton of exercise variations.The bands themselves are high quality and feel durable. I’ve been using them for about 24hr now and haven’t noticed any signs of wear and tear. They also provide excellent resistance for a challenging workout.There’s one major drawback: the handles are incredibly squeaky. It’s honestly quite distracting and makes me feel self-conscious when using them, especially early in the morning or late at night. Hven’t found a permanent fix yet.Pros: Versatile and allows for a variety of exercises Durable bands with good resistance Includes handles, ankle straps, and door anchor Great for home workoutsCons: Extremely squeaky handles Could benefit from an extra door anchorOverall:Despite the noisy handles, these resistance bands are a good value for the price. I love everything about these resistant bands. The hand holds, the piece to put over the door, the Velcro straps. Good quality bands. I’m just trying to strengthen my shoulder due to a tendon tear so I am just using the 10 lb band and it is working perfect for me.
