Easy to assemble, improved and values for your money.
I love my face steamer. This is the second one I buy but, I like this one better because the stream of steam is stronger and better. Also the light on this machine has touch buttons vs my older one had press buttons and it has three different light settings vs my old one had only one light setting. It is very easy to assemble. Only down fall is the water container smaller and lower quality than my last one but over all I love it. I do recommend this product, over all I think facial machine has been improved.

The instructions only had so much luckily I had someone else put it together cause I was confused. Iâve had it and didnât start using it til about 8 months after I bought it during school. It stopped working on me because I was putting tap water in it when I would go to my clients homes since Iâm mobile but Iâm hoping white vinegar fixes the issue and I donât have to but another but it was definitely worth the money!!! The light is wonderful and steam was perfect!

This is my honest opinion.
Assembling the steamer was easy, however the performance is not. The container is hard plastic not glass. The steamer sizing is fine not too small its the average size, but it does not work with distilled water. This only works with tap water. The smell was good if you wanted to do aromatherapy facial because it had a section for that. This steamer is honestly not meant to do facials. This steamer does not work with distilled water which is needed to perform beauty services. It requires tap water. I had the steamer for less then a month and it started to fall apart. First the steamer would beep if it did not detect any minerals in the water, which means âtap waterâ. Second when I did put tap water and let it steam out then added distilled water it beeped the entire time even though that is what the direction said. Sometime later I noticed the steamer began to wobble, then out of nowhere the wheel fell off. Luckily It did that while I was not servicing a client because that couldâve been a law suit if it tipped over & the boiling steamer burnt the client. None the less I contacted customer service & they were prompt with sending me the necessary parts. I felt like this steamer is a liability so I requested a refund instead & gladly shipped back the steamer. I would not recommend this product at all. Just invest in a proper class steamer.

I read all kinds of reviews on Amazon before buying it, and when I received the product, it was very light, which worried me, and I did want to return it, but my friend persuaded me to keep it. As a novice beautician, I need a cheap machine to try, and if my customer volume increases, I will buy another one, but this machine surprised me after I used it, it has no noise at all, and the performance is stable, I like it so much, I recommend it!

Overall just feels cheap. The magnifying lamp area to look through is super small. Everything just feels plastic and not high quality

Easy To Assemble & Use!
I love how quickly it heated up, and how it was quick to assemble. There were the last few steps missing on the assembly manual that wouldâve shown where you would attach the steam nozzle etc so had to look online real quick. But other than that, everything tested perfectly fine! Will update my review if any changes! The water DOES get hot, so do be careful. Also stabilization wise, some base weight would be better for future models, but other than that nothing to complain about! ð
