    I liked this book because it was very easy to follow, VERY effective. I bought my first book a good 9, 10 months ago or longer and after 3 months my husband went from a size 38 to a size 36. AMAZING!!! I did buy another one recently and pass it on to a good friend of mine who has a hard time with exercising. She has found it also extremely easy to follow and is attempting to get her husband to work out with her.
    It’s something that couples can do together and have fun!

    Easy to follow exercises and helpful as well. Too bad I didn’t stick with it. However, the book is a keeper, and I can always get back to it someday. I recommend getting the cards or the book with the spiral binding as that would be easier to keep open while following along.

    Movements for Senior bodies
    This is a wonderful illustrated book for Seniors. It’s easy to understand and takes the guessing out of how to preform the movements and what to expect it you’re doing the movements right and even if you’re doing them wrong. The book even has 10 minute daily routines of different movements for use.

    At 76, Hand exercises are essential as my stroke has me wobbling on walks and often need a little support from a wall when I suddenly lean too far!

    Found this book to be very helpful. At the beginning of the book, there is a very good diagram and description of the core muscles. The diagram and description are important because each exercise has a reference to the muscle or muscles being targeted.
    A big shout out to the authors for using large print and simple illustrations for each exercise! No stopping to read tiny print.

    Love the illustrations!! The descriptions are also very good and I have actually done them a time or two (chuckle) and I do like that there is also a condensed part with all the exercises together for ease of viewing. Colours are great, quality of paper and cover VG, would definitely recommend. I am senior (73) who has not kept moving as well as I ought, so this is a welcome resource for me!
