No wick but problem resolved
Iâve purchased many Nest candles previously and have always loved their wonderful fragrances. Unfortunately, when my most recent candle arrived, upon unboxing it, I discovered that it had no wick and thus is essentially useless. The weather is cool, so itâs not as if the wax melted and covered the wick.i used a thin wooden skewer to make an opening but found nothing under the top layer of wax. Although Iâve bought this Autumn Plum scent before and loved it, i suppose Iâll have to return this one upon emailing customer support, I got an immediate response offering to send me a replacement candle so I will continue to buy and love my Nest candles. Their customer support is top notch!

Beware!
I bought this expensive candle as a gift and this is how it arrived to someone in NY! It is completely unusable. It was not exceptionally hot the day it arrived- not that that should matter. Amazon told me to have the gift recipient return the candle which I refused to do because it was a gift. Nest told me they couldnât help me because I bought the candle from Amazon. In the past, I routinely bought Nest candles as gifts. I will not be buying any more. The entire process was absurd.

Love Nest Candles!
I absolutely love Nest candles and always have them in my closet. They smell beautiful without being overpowering. They last a long time and I always get compliments. I really love the Autumn Plum as it is subtly fall without being so obvious. It is perfect.

Best smelling Nest candle (IMO)
I’ve had a variety of Nest candles and this is by far the best smelling one. The price was cheaper than other places, so I think it was a good deal. The smell is a nice cinnamon, plum scent. It does not have a phony chemical or bad mix of scents thrown together. I don’t think this will disappoint! Once burning, the smell is in the air within a few minutes. I get compliments on this candle regularly.

Smells great out of the box.
When I opened it the smell was great. When I lit it, there was not much smell at all. I got my 1st one and it had been tipped over and melted out of the jar. I was given return Instructions but I had to take it to the UPS store for return and opted to keep it. In the meantime, a replacement was sent. It was melted even more than the first. They do burn nicely once I got them cleaned up and the wick trimmed to the new candle fullness. The brand is quite pricey, I got mine on sale and was still more than I pay for my preferred candle brand but the reviews were so good I wanted to try one. I think Iâll stick to my cheaper better room filling candle.
