2 Pack – Bodyweight & Dumbbell Fitness Workout Cards – BEST EVER
What I love about these cards, is they are easy to carry with you. Sturdy and semi-waterproof.
Easy to read, and understand.
Best trainer cards out there and the price is awesome.
I solely believe in fitness and knowledge being readily available to whomever wants to learn.
These are helping me learn the basics and I am trying to memorize them to be able to help others in the future. I love the pictures of the muscle groups the workouts focus on, and the quantity of reps you can do. Great job!!
Thank you for such a cool product. Hopefully we see more useful cards in the near future.
Thanks~~~~~

Easy to read despite the playing card size
I bought these but because I didn’t want to spend a lot more on the larger size fitness cards for dumbbells and body weight. I figured if the font was hard to read, I wouldn’t need to read the cards too often anyway but would remember the exercise. I did buy the larger size, by another source, for another area.
Surprise. These smaller cards are easier to read than the much more expensive larger ones! The font size for the writing appears the same, but these are bolder and spaced better and the smaller space itself is used better (well designed with no wasted space, but not busy either).
These are an excellent value. As a matter of fact, I’m looking to see if they have the same type cards for other areas which is why I’m online now.

Easy to understand
I’m getting back into my workout regimen and these make it a no brainer when it comes to mixing it up. I didn’t have to think about what I was going to do. I grabbed the stack and went with the first 20 cards I chose. My 11 year old even did the workouts with me. It was fun.

Great starter cards
I enjoy variety in my workouts but I am absolutely horrible at planning them. These cards are very helpful at coming up w/ an easy plan of what to do during the workout. They are categorized into muscle groups (core, lower body, upper body, back, etc) and you can choose if you want to exercise with your own body weight or with dumbbells. Front of each card has a diagram of the exercise, back of card writes out how to do it and lists how many reps for novice vs. intermediate vs. advanced as well as which muscles it is using. Overall helpful cards for planning a workout.

Great workout builder!
I bought these decks along with a cheap binder and trading card sleeves and now itâs super easy to build daily workouts. I like that I can change up the exercises easily and build new workouts.

They are small, but I like how easy they are to follow and I can readily change up my routine. I would like to have a better container to put them in after each exercise session. A playing card style of box wonât last long.

Love these, the pictures and instructions are easy to understand. Theyâre great for workout âsnacksâ throughout the day or a full workout. They show you what muscles your working and gives you a number of reps for every level. Just be aware that for some of the dumbbell workouts youâll also need a step and workout bench, or just modify/donât do those. I would also have more than one set of dumbbells of different weights because depending on the exercise, you might need to go heavier or lighter.

I get lost in apps and stuff- this has to have been one of my fave purchases recently. If you feel like you get to the gym and only do the same exercises or donât remember which to do for what purpose, this is great. I just make my workout and then I take photos of my deck for the day. Itâs a lot more streamlined and I can see on the card which muscles it works

I love I can shuffle the cards to create a no brainer work out.
The only issue I don’t like is that there’s still a chance that you’ll get the same muscle group to work out once in a while (which is bound to happen) XD
Quality of the cards make it really good for the gym. It’s sturdy, but easy to shuffle like playing cards, but a little on the wider end. Hard if you have smaller hands like me.

Jâadore ces cartes. Elles sont simple et claire. La seule chose câest quâelles sont juste en anglais. Je nâai rien trouvé dâéquivalent en français.
