Very nice rinse
I am not a mouthwash person because they always hurt my mouth as they were so strong. This is a very nice rinse. I bought it to help whiten my teeth and I usually have a terrible taste in my mouth in the mornings. I like the fact that it is so natural. I got the wintergreen and it really tastes great and does leave my mouth clean. I can tell that it has whitened my teeth. I am a heavy coffee and tea drinker. I have only had it for 10 days. I would recommend it.

Super clean feeling
I have used this every morning for years. It is clean and minty but not too strong. My mouth just feels cleaner and fresher, plus it is good when I have minor mouth sores. They seem to heal faster. Sometimes when I travel I forget to take it along, and I really notice the difference. Hate to be without it.

Great natural mouthwash
Peroxide is excellent for gargling. I use it periodically after flossing. Using too much makes my teeth sensitive but overall it is superior to any commercial mouthwash that burns your mouth and has dyes, alcohol, sweeteners.

Taste is not great
I had mint flavor before. Got this flavor because it was less expensive- now I know why. Breath does not feel âfreshâ because of the taste. I did find that that morning breath control was quite effective if I used as rinse and brushed my teeth with it prior to using my toothpaste to brush as you normally do⦠If I used it after brushing it seemed to have little effect of morning breath which seemed odd to me.
After the first bottle I did seem to notice some improvement in the shade of the color of my teeth but I am also using non- fluoride toothpaste so it is hard for me to say if it was a combination of the two factors or just the rinse.

Iâve gotten this mouthwash several times and I am so happy with it. I had been on a hunt for a good mouthwash that didnât have bad ingredients or any sort of dye or chemicals, and this one has only good quality ingredients. It also works really well Iâve been SO happy with it. The taste also is good as well, Iâve had some other brands that either taste bad or stings my mouth and Iâve had neither of those problems with this. This has now been a staple in my daily routine, i use it twice a day and will keep buying this brand!!! The only downside is itâs slightly expensive for mouthwash, but considering the ingredients are good and Iâve been happy with it Iâll keep buying it.

This mouthwash is the only one that makes the teeth and mount feel clean. I like that it uses clean ingredients and does not have an overpowering mint taste. It is subtle and refreshing.
