I USE THIS ALL THE TIME
I have been very careful about what I eat and drink and about what medications I take but then one day I looked at the ingredients label of my mouthwash and threw it out. I then shopped around for something less toxic and poisonous and this looked good. And it does a good job. It’s ingredient list is a short list compared to your general mouthwash.

This mouthwash is really good. It leaves my mouth feeling refreshed and clean. It has a minty flavor that is not overpowering and is also gentle, not leaving my gums burning like some other mouthwashes do.

I have literally only used this pre-brush rinse twice since I received it last night, and all I can say is my mouth feels so much cleaner (and I have a good toothbrush and good brushing habits). I’m not good at remembering to floss, however, and I know this can’t replace that, but my gums truly do feel similar to how they do after I floss (the rare times I actually remember to). I also woke up feeling like that morning breath taste/smell wasn’t even remotely as bad as it normally is. TMI maybe, but still useful information.I think this has become a permanent part of my morning and night routine. Definitely recommend!

So far so great
I have a completely unnatural fear of the dentist. At 39 y/o I have never had a cavity or had to have any dental work, but recently my teeth have become extremely sensitive and Iâve noticed that on a few of my teeth the gums are really receding and thereâs a light brown line along the gum line. I did some research and found that even though I brush twice a day, floss, and have a very expensive Sonicare toothbrush, those things do nothing for the plaque build up from bacteria in your mouth. I bought a scaler and this and after adding them both to my daily regiment I now get zero white plaque coming off on the scaler. Yes, I know I still need to go to the dentist and this by far doesnât replace that need, but for anyone else with the same fears I would highly recommend this pre-brush rinse (and a scaler, used correctly).
