This Pilates bar was easy to assemble. Seems to be very sturdy. There are no instructions about the different accessories, hand grips & foot straps. You just figure it out based on the exercise youâre doing. I prefer to have detailed instructions but it was ok without them.

This pilates bar and resistance bands are great for an at home work out. My fiancé really enjoyed the versatility of this product. The bar was simple to assemble and disassemble for easy put away. The bar, handles and cuffs are covered in a very soft foam for comfort. The cuffs are adjustable and fit both me and my fiancé. The bands can be used individually or in conjunction with each other, offering a wide range of weight options and levels of intensity.I love that it comes with a large workout poster that shows all the different exercises that can be done with the bar and bands. Great for arms and legs. I originally purchased it for myself, but Iâm short (5â2â) and the bands were a little too long and I couldnât get enough resistance even on the shortest adjustment. However, I was able to wrap the straps as suggested in the included booklet to achieve the perfect resistance. My fiancé is 6ft and he was able to use it by easily adjusting the straps.The over the door strap makes it possible to do so many additional exercises. This option was easy to set up and worked well for both my fiancé and myself. We were able to get a full workout at home.Overall this is a great quality product and I would definitely recommend.

Adjustable Strap system is poorly designed
Comparing the Gaia Bar and this one I would choose the Gaia. The adjustable straps on this one are a pain to use. The left side had too much space between the strap and the bar so it slid around when using it causing asymmetric balance of the bar. I had to find a make shift spacer to insert in the gap. I like the thickness of the bar and it is comfortable to grip. The Gaia bar is thinner but the stretch chords are rolled easily around it with a flick of the wrist to adjust length when switching exercises. So much easier to use that way! I tried rolling the straps of this one to get around the awkwardness of adjusting with the clip and they wouldnât roll evenly. This set has better hand and feet grips. As far as the additional grips, I Love the ankle strap and hand grip/stirrup. The door strap ended up at the hall closet door since it is the only door with space on each side so it can be used. The clasps on the bands are easy to configure with the grips and are sturdy. I purchased the longer bands to supplement this set and hooked them to a wall bracket so I can avoid the awkward adjustable straps on the bar.

I liked that I came with an instructor manual and what exercises to do and how to do them. I am very paranoid when using because Iâm skeptical of durability when it comes to resistance bands, all I could think of is taking my eye out. But overall the product is everything it claims to be. The owner ever reaches out to make sure the product is of quality and satisfaction which is a lot more than I could say of other vendors, he actually cares about his brand which speaks volumes. Keep up the good work I love product and all the information and little gifts you include with this purchase.

Very unhappy. The middle piece cannot screw into the other 2 pieces. The replacement one was the same. Very disappointed. Quality looked good, but will need to look at another brand.
