Best canopies
I now own 3 of these tents, a 10×10, 10×15, and a 10×20. They are hands down the best. I vend at outdoor fairs and other vendors are trying to keep their tents from collapsing and mine is not going anywhere. They hold up pretty well to sun and rain, although with heavy rain, the roof begins to sag and pools form. I keep a long stick on hand to empty the puddles from time to time. I can pop up the 10×20 by myself by pushing up on the center crossbars on each side rather than pulling out on the legs like you normally would. Otherwise you need 3 or 4 people at least. This particular order I did have a screw missing and a zipper slide missing on one of the panels, but I’ve never had a problem before. I think it was a fluke. I will say, stick to white or light colors as my red tent makes everything inside red tinted and messes with your eyes after a while. I use it for selling, so it distorts the colors of my items. It also faded a tiny bit after a month of constant sun exposure, but I expect that. Otherwise, awesome tents. Highly recommend. Would continue to buy if I ever needed more.

So far, so good but I don’t get it…
I don’t see where these people reviewed this so bad…This review will be in two parts.Part 1Package arrived on time, undamaged and perfect.I unpacked the box to find everything brand new and bagged.I set this tent up by myself and yes, it would be great with 2 people but the intelligent person could achieve success in putting this up in about 10 minutes.Pro-Tip 1: Take your time and circle the frame, pulling up on the legs a little at a time until you are about 2″ from the snap hole, then apply generous force to snap the top into place.I set this canopy up in the wind (about 5mph) and had zero problems securing the legs down with the stakes.A big caveat of this canopy is that the feet are steel, where most are plastic and break easily. The sides are a little long and extend past the feet, but it appears that they are adjustable to full height, and the zippers are strong and hopefully robust enough to endure the stress I will out it through in a couple of weeks.5 stars right now. This will be going to the Sierra’s and will be set up for 3 days in various conditions of weather. It will be interesting to see if it holds up.Pro-Tip 2: I have seen many complaints that the canopy doesn’t fit in the bag attached to the frame. This is not true. The trick is to use a bungee cord to keep the frame compressed while you bag the assembly. It works perfectly.Pro Tip 3: Get a can of Silicone Spray and go over all the slips, slides and swivels.Pro Tip 4: Get a can of waterproofing spray and go over the canopy for extra protection, for that matter, use on sides also.Part 2 coming on September 12thPart 2!!!Wow! I still don’t get the negative reviews on this item.I took this up to the eastern Sierra where in the late summer and early fall the weather can turn in a minute, and it did.Wind, Thunderstorms, Rain. This pop-up stood the test for 4 days of continuous use (I never took it down).I used it as a privacy and rain shelter. It never leaked, it never shook or even hinted at failing. If you set this pop-up in the manner it is supposed to be setup, you should have no problems.I would totally recommend this to anybody looking for a sturdy pop-up option for camping.

Not worth ordering!
This canopy was inferior in every way. I have 12 years experience setting up for vendor events. This canopy was made with cheap materials which fell apart the first day I assembled it. I have reached out to Mastercanopy and received poorly written replies, obviously not professionally done. I didn’t have time to mess around, becausd the biggest event I do each year was about to begin. The only replies from the “company ” asked for a screenshot of the 17 digit Amazon order number, which I sent several times. Each time, they said they failed to receive it. What a bunch of crap. Save your money!

Durable Canopy
Easy Set up. Took 20 min on the first try to set up with all walls. Durable heavy duty construction. Tent material is decent quality. Only flaw i found was no tie downs around the bottom of the sidewalls. That being said, it served very well for our family get together. Will be taking this to base camp this fall. Would recommend this for both business and pleasure.

Lasted 1.5 years outside before fabric disintegrated
I purchased this as a temporary shelter for a vehicle at the beginning of last summer. It stayed up all winter and through the next summer before being torn to shreds by the fall breezes. It would seem that the UV sunlight has cause the fabric to degrade enough that it ripped itself apart. I had even purchased the Beige version of the tent to limit the UV.I hadn’t expected it to last forever, but two winters would have been nice. The seasons are very mild where I live.

What can I say, if you stand directly under it, you get shade and protection from the rain. If you put the walls up that, that protection increases. As of yet, I have not tested this canopy against wild dogs, nuclear explosions, or nosey people that want to ask you questions about your political inclinations. So, if the last three things are the reason youâre buying this canopy, maybe do some testing on your own.Regardless, this canopy is well worth the money.

This 12âx12â tent is a quick and easy way to make temporary shelter from sun or rain, or to block the breeze. The frame assembly comes in a wheeled bag, while the roof and walls are in separate bags. Unfortunately, there isnât enough room to easily put the roof and walls into the wheeled bag. Also included are four tent pegs, some rope, and four empty sandbags that can be used for weights. There is an instruction manual included but it gives very basic instructions for setup, and doesnât have images for some steps.Set up is fairly easy, but you really need more than one person (youâll need to peg down one leg if setting up on your own).I recommend looking up a setup video for a canopy tent, as it will make assembly easier. Basically, you need to:1) remove frame from bag, set on feet2) slightly expand the frame (i.e. move kitty-corner posts away from each other)3) put roof over frame, attaching corners with built-in Velcro pads4) fully expand the frame5) raise the truss supports at each corner post until they clip in place6) extend each leg to raise overall assembly7) stake down or weigh down each leg to reduce the likelihood of movementTo add walls:8) attach Velcro straps to corner post9) attach Velcro at the roof-wall interface10) attach zipper to connect adjacent walls (if applicable)Note that each wall is 12â long, so they are all interchangeable except that one of the four walls has a vertical zipper down the middle of it. It isnât specially marked but can be picked out easily by the white âhold backâ cords at the each end of the wall. The finished tent looks good, though I was disappointed that the truss running between corner posts seems sloppy, and doesnât run tight along the edge of the roof (see photos attached). There should be an easy way to attach the truss to the edge of the roof to remove this slop. Aside from this, Iâm really happy with the build quality⦠this will be a great tent for occasional short-term use, but I wouldnât leave it set up for extended periods of time â I wouldnât rely on it to stand up to strong winds unless set up in a sheltered area. The black colour looks great, and I ordered it to be resistant to showing dirt. Note that this colour does block a lot of light, especially if you use more than two walls. Heat also builds up inside quickly with more than two walls in direct sunlight. As a result, weâll likely only use this with one or two walls.Overall, I think this strikes a good balance of cost and ease-of-setup with sturdiness. Iâd recommend it for occasional use.

In Summe: Klare Kaufempfehlung!!!

I bought this gazebo for use in my back garden for two main reasons. Firstly it will act as a shelter to keep the elements at bay when the weather is inclement, and secondly I can use it as a sun shade during the height of summer when the sun is out in full force. So far I have had it erected in my back garden for a party, as I used it as a BBQ shelter. One of the main advantages of the MasterCanopy brand is the fact that the gazebo is so quick and easy to set up. I was able to manage on my own, but with the help of another person it would truly be a breeze! The legs slide out and clamp into place to allow it to be extended to the correct height. All the legs allow for fine adjustment such that the canopy can be used on uneven terrain. One of the main points that drew me specifically to this item is the fact that it is described specifically as being “heavy duty”. I would ackowledge that is the an accurate claim now that I have used it in my garden. It is particularly reassuring to know that the roof canopy is thick and durable to ensure that any rain is kept at bay. This has really revolutionised my ability to cook on the BBQ outside even when there is a threat of rain. Another great feature is the fact that the canopy comes with walls that can be added or removed depending on the conditions. This is really handy in Scotland as the walls can be lowered to keep out any wind that can often be unwelcomed especially during the spring and autumn seasons. I think leave the gazebo out over the summer, but common sense would suggest taking it down for storage over winter to preserve the longevity of the product. I will update if any issues develop, but so far I have been mightily impressed with this product.

Whilst the gazebo itself if fine and fit for purpose, there is no way ups can pack everything back into the heavy duty wheeled holdall, expect to remove the sides, but having to remove the roof each time totally defeats ‘popup’ even then there is NO WAY you can pack all the sides and roof into the holdall, very very annoying for storing away, a bigger bag would be great please? Really don’t wish to be churlish and return the whole item!!! Can someone please get in touch asap… Thanks
