AMAZING FAST WARRANTY SERVICE!
In June, 2023 we bought the basic 10 by 15 Instant Garage for backyard storage in Arizona. The sun here eats almost everything but I was hoping it would last a few years anyway. Assembly was not complicated although the instructions could have been clearer. Nevertheless, the shelter went up easily and the shelter did its job well for a while.
However, by the end of the year stress marks began to appear where the cover touched the framework on the sides and a couple of winds later the cover fabric began to separate and tear. The sun cooked it a lot faster than I had hoped.
In mid-February we decided to ask about warranty for that kind of damage. I filled out the online warranty request form about noon, sending a few photos of the damaged areas. I received a response from the Shelter Logic Customer Service Representative Jay just a few minutes after 3 the SAME DAY approving the replacement of the cover free of charge! He also offered an upgrade to the heavy duty cover replacement covers taking $200 off of the retail prices.
THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST. Having had a few other issues with other items from other companies, I REALLY APPRECIATE Shelter Logic’s response and highly recommend them. Although I cannot afford right now to upgrade, I will plan on doing that in the future when this second cover requires replacement.
THANK YOU JAY and SHELTER LOGIC for taking care of this the way you did. EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Good for about 4-5years, longer if not in direct sun or extreme elements
I originally bought this carport back in 2021. I beefed it up by screwing into pressure treated wood and used exterior deck lag bolts and washers. I also ran cording length ways to help support a plastic fence netting for extra support underneath the tarp.
this thing has lasted 4 years in harsh environments, over 4 feet snow in winters. ( I would brush off the snow after about 1.5feet) extreme cold last year we had a -20F, not including Windchill. hot summers of 108-110f and wind storms of max gusts 55MPH+ and regular wind storms of sustained wind 30mph+ it has also survived a move between homes. I did take the tarps off for transport but the frame was intact going 65MPH on the freeway.
the doors and back panels are still in great shape. the big tarp that goes on top and over the sides is showing signs of ware. the tarp is starting to disintegrate and rip easily. I would say after 4 years a new tarp replacement is needed if you have this in harsh environments like myself. but if you place it in a shaded spot I’m sure the tarp will last longer.
quick summary—> good for 4-5 years in harsh elements. I added extra support underneath to help with our snow load. can longer if its in the shade. direct sunlight and hot summers slowly degrades the tarp.

Directions a bit challenging
Took 2 of us to set up in about 4 hours. The picture instructions were ok, but you really had to decipher at times and trust the process. Overall the quality seems good, hoping it will last thru the winter as a temporary shed.

No…just no
I live somewhere where there can be consistent wind, and rarely mildly strong winds. I am overall super duper disappointed with these sheds. The frame is alright, but the tarp was trash from day one, and overall it just sucked! Loud in any wind. Tears at the corners of the roof, so not very effective in rain protection.
The first shed went up with little to no problems as the instructions were fairly clear. I did order extra corkscrew posts to add extra hold to keep it from blowing away. The tarp was obviously not going to last a very long time because it is very thin and it was clear that the screws in the frame would lead to the demise of the tarp in no time at all.
The shed did ok for about 2 months so I ordered a second shed(roughly $800 down the drain now). The second shed didn’t go up as easily, and with in two days of having it up, it literally blew away in the breeze, it wasn’t even windy, just a breeze! In the breeze-y fly away of the second shed, the tarp was destroyed. These sheds supposedly have a decent wind rating, we never even got close to the max wind rating and our sheds were trashed.
Eventually, like with in 4 months, the first shed started to really tear at the roof corners, and let all the rain and snow in. The wind and slight breeze make the tarp RIDICULOUSLY LOUD!!!!! So annoying, its supposed to be fairly taught which in theory should cut down the noise…that didn’t happen, this thing is loud if you breath too hard near it.
In less than a year, the roof of the first shed has split right down the middle and is now officially trash as well. The frame is sturdy enough, minus the issue of the screw ends…so now I will have to spend more money, buying a canvas type material at Harbor Freight to replace the dang tarp these sheds originally came with.
I am very displeased with the advertising and over quality of everything involved with these tarps! I will never purchase from ShedLogic again, and I will actively protest anyone I know from getting one! Shed logic owes me $800!

THE MAIN NEGATIVE PART IS THEY PUT ALL THE BOLTS IN ONE BAG AND THEY ARE NOT MARKED SO SORTING THE 3 DIFFERENT SIZES IS A PAIN. THEY COULD HAVE GOT AWAY WITH 2 SIZES. THE POLE MARKINGS WERE FADED, SOME TOTALLY UNREADABLE, SOME DISTORTED AND WAY TOO MANY NUMBERS THEY SHOULD HAVE USED THE KISS METHOD (KEEP IT SIMPLE STPD) I WAS ABLE TO INSTALL IT BY MYSELF BUT ITS A MUCH SLOWER PROCESS GOOGLE THE VIDEOS AND YOU WILL FIND THE ONE I USED, ITS GREAT AND THE SHELTER LOGIC VIDEO IS ALSO GREAT. THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE OK BUT THE CORNERS SHOULD HAVE SOME SORT UP OR DOWN ARROW AS IT DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE. FOR THE MONEY ITS A GREAT BANG FOR THE BUCK. THEY QUALITY SEEMS PRETTY DARN GOOD CONSIDERING THE PRICE. YOU WILL NEED MORE ANCHORS AND FOR THE CORNERS BUY THE SHELTER LOGIC 30IN THEY HAVE THEM AT A REAL GOOD PRICE, USE THE ONES THAT CAME WITH IT 15IN FOR THE SIDES TO GIVE YOU EXTRA SUPPORT. LONGIVITY TIME WILL TELL BUT TO HANDLE SNOW LOAD I WILL USE SOME MORE RATCHET STRAPS. VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SHELTER LIGIC AND EXCELLENT SERVICE BY AMAZON WHEN I NOTICED A TEAR IN THE FABRIC THAT HAPPENED DURING SHIPPING. SHELTER LOGIC IMMEDIATLY REPLACED THE END WITH NEXT DAY DELIVERY BUT DID NOT GO ABOVE AND BEYOND WHEREAS AMAZON DID AND COMPENSATED ME FOR THE ADDITIONAL WORK THAT I WILL HAVE TO DO TO REPLACE THE END. HATS OFF TO AMAZON. SHELTER LOGIC DID THEIR JOB AND PROMPLY REPLACING THE END SHOWS THEY ARE DEDICATED TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.

The tent garage is good. It took longer than 2 hours to set it up, but it’s fairly straightforward, and the instructions are excellent. I did quite a bit of the setup on my own, but it was helpful to have extra people there when putting the cover on and getting the frame up. I would have preferred that Shelter Logic sorted the carriage bolts of different lengths into different packages. If you purchase this, be sure to sort them by length before you put the garage together.
The tent was an excellent deal on Amazon, and came with everything needed including the anchors. I would purchase this again.

Structure is very fragile, boltes rusted after several months.
took very long ro assemble, because of bad instructions and also bad engineering of how items connect to each other.
Shaky structure.

Okay, so it took 2 of us about 6 hours to put up…including shoveling the snow out of the way and feeding the deer. But it was great fun and has easy to follow instructions. Highly recommended!

Did not last 2 seasons! Started to tear before the end of first season (summer). This was our second one. The first lasted much longer. Very disappointed this time.
