Perfect Thickness for Joints
Perfect size to spread your wings. The thickness and size is perfect if you are tall, large in size, or heavy in weight. It doesn’t hurt my knees, wrists, hips, ankles, elbows, spine/tailbone, or scapula (back shoulder wings). I have plenty of room to do floor exercises, stretching, and moving workouts on this mat. Sometimes my toes dig into the mat when balancing, but it doesn’t leave an indentation. However, if your dog has the zoomies on it, it will leave scratches. (I aired out my mat right out of the box, and of course, my dog had to run across it, haha). However, if your dog just walks across it, it won’t scratch it up. Price-wise, I was weary, but it’s well worth the money. Don’t waste your money on a small yoga mat with no support.
P.S. I’ve had this product for one month thus far and it’s held up very well.

AMAZING!!!
This thing is absolutely phenomenal. The moment I unboxed it, it rolled out perfectly, I immediately loved the thickness, versus the softness. I was actually afraid that it would be too soft like a lot of yoga mats, but itâs not itâs quite firm, but itâs not hard or uncomfortable. It feels amazing! This is the mat of my dreams, I have been wanting for 25 years, and it just occurred to me. Hey, I bet thereâs something on Amazon that would suffice. I am so glad I got it for myself for my birthday. Iâm 45, and I really needed something to help me get in better shape, and this is really a nice mat. My feet and heels clean to it perfectly. I just feel like I can do anything on it! My child had an entire section for his playtime as you can see in the picture above, and I still had plenty of stretching space! This is a dream, and Iâm so happy. Itâs a little bit thicker than regular yoga mats because it wonât puncture as well as the mats will do. I put a toy crate on it for 20 minutes and I didnât see any markings from it. I feel there would have been markings if I left it for a couple of hours, But it seems like They would fade by the texture and quality. I donât feel like testing it, but I just think itâs absolutely phenomenal. GET IT!!!

Thick and Sturdy
I really like the mat but wished that it came in a larger size for my HITT workouts. The mat stays in place and doesnât slide on my hardwood floors when Iâm jumping around. The textured surface does make it a bit harder to wipe down. I wipe my mat down with wipes after each workout but the bottoms of my feet still get dirty after a workout. This was the thickest mat I could fine on Amazon. The cushion is decent. I wouldnât mind if it was a little thicker and more cushioned.

The matt is awesome.
My daughter loves it she is tall and doing some of the yoga poses are hard to do on regular Matt’s. Her knees aren’t the best, so the thicker pad helps a lot.

Great Yoga Mat!
I am so glad that I purchased this mat. I am just starting doing Yoga and the mats that I had were awful, slippery, stretchy and no actual cushion and much too small. BUT⦠This mat is a keeper! Itâs the perfect size, it isnât stretchy and definitely not slippery. It cushions just perfectly and there are no imprints left on it like my previous cheaper ones. No nasty smell to it either. I highly recommend it!

Game Changer
I recently started doing some exercises including core and yoga and I had a very old and very thin yoga mat that was given to me as a gift. It was so thin I was hurting after each session, my elbows, my knees, my back. The mat was narrow so I was ending up on the floor quite often. I saw this mat on Amazon and it took me a while to order since it was little pricy and I was hesitating if it was worth it. The same day it arrived put it on the floor, it was beautiful, thick and good quality looking. I couldn’t wait to try it and it turned out to be absolute game changer. So much more comfortable, thick and nice. No sliding, no pain. I absolutely love it.
