This exercise machine is great. It was easy to assemble, it’s sturdy, and it is easy to use. I love that it includes the bands to use for arm exercises. I may ditch my bulky Bowflex because this item does all I need. No more having to go in the garage in winter to use the old machine. This machine is portable and attractive. The instructions are simple and although it’s hard to see some of the images, the screws were designed in such a way to prevent mix up on where they need to go…so it was easy. It took about 15-20 minutes to assemble, it was packed and delivered well (shout out to the Amazon driver in my area), and the quality and value are good for the price. Comfortable seat, easy adjustments in the seat and handle. Very functional. Get one!

I received the item this morning. My first thought is that it is not too difficult to install. It took me an hour to finish. Remember to carefully read the introduction book, page number 4, about the screws number. Then, you will be good to go. The reason why I give it four stars is that the box was opened and resealed. However, the machine’s condition is still acceptable to use. Besides that, the machine is heavy, but it is still okay for a girl to carry up and down. The machine does not waste too much space as well. Hopefully, it will last a long time for me.
