The thermometer is working great as expected. However, suddenly it had an issue and showed a wrong temperature (appr. 15 C too low). I contacted the customer service. It was nearly a year after purchase and I used it only once before. They gave me a few tips to try and see if it works. It didn’t. So immediately they told me they can send me a new one without me even sending the old one back.
