My son loves this, we need more workbooks like this
UPDATE: my son loves this workbook. The color images and text are excellent. The hypotheticals are a wonderful way to get kiddos thinking and spark conversations. The word search (hard) and crosswords (medium) are perfect activities to wrap up each of the 12 chapters. This is supposed to be the first in a series. We need the rest. Lastly, the connections between STEM, tech, and careers are another excellent part of the workbooks. Looking forward to the next in the series. I bought this for my STEM student. Iâm enjoying it as much as he is. The articles are really good and we really enjoy doing the word searches and crosswords together. More of this type of workbook please.

Awesome full color workbook for STEM and CTE students
This is a full color workbook that any STEM or CTE student would love. There are 12 chapters full or pictures and articles about space travel. The articles are designed in magazine style format making them fun and easy to read. The articles are written for STEM,CTE, and science oriented kids. The articles make their learning relevant to space travel and future careers in space exploration. The define the terms section is very useful for vocabulary building. The reflection questions are excellent as they have a picture and scenario for each question. Students have to respond to the scenario. And of course the word search and crossword are very popular activities as well. This is a great workbook for middle and high school students studying STEM and CTE.

Didn’t get to use the whole workbook, but did a mini unit on astronomy and it worked great. Going to rework things a bit so I can use the whole thing next time. It was well written with great images.

Great full color workbook to enrich science students lessons. The articles are in magazine style and are very engaging for STEM students. The four scenarios for each lesson are great to get students thinking. The crosswords and wordsearch are a great way to engage students at the end of each lesson. Great selection of educational photos to help students visualize the content. I also like all of the references applying STEM to space careers.
