Contradicted Instructions & Missing Parts
First issue, the M8 washer was not included in the tool kit as stated. Therefore the assembly of the base is compromised and thatâs one of the most important parts due to it supporting the steamer itself.Second issue, page 9 of your instruction manual states DO NOT USE distilled water. However, on the back of the machine itself the very first notice states to ONLY USE distilled water. The manual literally says under trouble and solutions, the machine could be having problems if distilled water is being used. Each rule both states that you must do this to extend the life of the steamer.How can you provide quality service to us if you donât know what youâre talking about? So no, I donât want a contraindicated half assembled machine that produces hot steam on my clientâs face with the water substance still unknown. This is an injury waiting to happen and somebody could seriously get burned. Please fact check your business.
