Love this brand. Great quality toothbrush.
Love this brand. I bought this one for my mom however I also have one. I have used this brand for 10+ years and love the results. Very easy to use and has helped keep my teeth white and cavity free.

It really does make an noticeable difference.
It is sad that the Philips Sonicare electric tooth brushes never seem to last very long and I have to replace them often … but this made my teeth look and feel good after the first brushing.

Long battery, great brush
I’ve had this since 2017 and love it. The buttons are just now starting to get so they don’t press as easily, so I’m considering a replacement soon, but the 4 years was worth it, in my opinion (and my dentist’s; I’m no longer being told I don’t brush well enough).I do have to kind of hold my mouth open and lean over the sink while I brush, otherwise I start gagging from bubbles or whatever because I have a really bag gag reflex (and I use a non-foaming toothpaste), so the toothpaste/hard water running down the handle of the brush is part of why the buttons are starting to go. I do wipe it down after every use, and occasionally take a q-tip with vinegar around the buttons to try to dissolve some of the minerals. My mom says what she does is keep her mouth closed, but pause the brush mid cycle to spit. Just a comment, since I’ve seen reviews complaining about it being hard to brush because you can’t take the brush out of your mouth while it’s on (and don’t forget to put it in your mouth before turning it on, or you’ll have toothpaste everywhere!)The battery usually lasts me about 2 weeks or so, and is still going strong 4 years later. Even my husband’s battery is doing well, and it occasionally goes months without use (draining naturally) when he’s deployed. I would suggest getting a version with the charging case though, and if I replace mine, that’s what I intend to do. We went on a short trip once where I didn’t bring the charger, but the flight was bumpy enough I guess the toothbrush thought it was being picked up so the lights were coming on or something…not entirely sure, but it was fully charged when we left and completely dead when we landed. Luckily my husband had the charging case. It takes forever to do a full charge, but it works well in a pinch. I really like the charging glass it comes with though, it’s a nice looking toothbrush holder and fits nicely on our mirror.I actually haven’t really used the Bluetooth part much, because the phone I had when I got it wasn’t compatible and I forgot about it when I got the new phone. I do remember using it with my tablet some at the beginning though, and it had some cool features, was just inconvenient on the tablet. But if you aren’t going to use the Bluetooth, there may be some cheaper models that would be more worthwhile.

Expected nothing less
This is pricy, but not when you consider what its for. As with many electric toothbrushes, its does 100x better job than manual…I still get amazed about how much food it knocks out, and with the carry case, I can travel with it very easily. The brand is top quality and the charge holds longer than they claim…I can go about three weeks of using it at least twice a day. I am not sure how long it takes to charge, but i plug it in the night before, and its ready in the morning so it’s not a consideration for me.

Excellent Product
After several years of daily brushing, my original broke. I immediately ordered the same good brand. It is durable, cleans teeth well and I couldnât be without it.

Great toothbrush, while it functions
This unit is amazing, while it actually functions. This is the third diamond care unit I have personally owned, and also the third unit to cease functioning (each unit only lasting a year or less). The first unit’s metal shaft (where the toothbrush head attaches) became loose and started making a loud buzzing sound, which progressively got worse until the brush no longer pulsated. It had never been dropped, and I had always been very careful with how I handled it. I contacted Phillips in order to receive a replacement, as the unit was still within the 2-year warranty, and was informed that I would need to return my current brush to them before they would ship out a replacement. I purchased a cheap battery operated toothbrush to use in the meantime and received a replacement diamond care in about 1.5 weeks. The replacement arrived and functioned for about a year. Once again, the exact same problem happened. Mind you, this time I was even more careful with with the brush. At this point, I was incredibly annoyed by the quality of this product. I’m not one of those people that expect to purchase a device and expect it to last forever, but at around $170, I DO expect it to last for longer than a year.Around this time, I noticed that Phillips released a newer version of the brush with smart features and presumed that perhaps they worked out some of the bugs. Apprehensively, I opted to purchase this new model rather than go through Phillips for another replacement of the same apparent dud.I purchased this smart edition (9300 series) on January 31, 2018. Today it is August 15, 2018 and I already began having the exact same issue with this unit about a week ago. Once again, I contacted Phillips to have it replaced and was told that I would need to send the unit in prior to receiving a replacement.I will use this replacement, whenever I actually receive it, until it inevitably ceases to function, but I will never purchase another product from Phillips. Between the terrible quality of their products, and the fact that they make you send in the malfunctioning devices prior to receiving replacement, it is very frustrating. These units still function as ordinary toothbrushes when they aren’t turned on. I shouldn’t have to go out and purchase a replacement brush while waiting on a replacement, especially after having spent almost $400 in less than 3 years’ time. Unbelievable.

Very cost-effective toothbrush
This is my second purchase. This toothbrush has a full range of functions, but I usually use the normal setting. It is friendly to my sensitive teeth and brushes them very cleanly.

This toothbrush exceeded my expectations. I finally decided to purchase after hearing great reviews from my boyfriend who also has this brand of toothbrush but in a different colour. The grey is stylish and I love that it comes with the glass cup and charging stand. Iâve really been enjoying this toothbrush and truly feel my teeth look whiter in just using it for a few weeks!

what I like is that the toothbrush cleans very well. What I don’t like is the prices being so high compared to other good and reputable brands ( not taking names for ethical reasons)What I also don’t like is that they don’t provide spare brush heads for the machine, because brush has a limited life span and need to be replaced regularly . They should provide atleast 5 brushes with the machine, which is not cheap either .Product is good – But its certainly not value for money

Spent almost 40k on this worthless product which came with a Chinese Flat 2 pin.Amazon support is worse, they would not escalate the issue and offer a simple resolution – can you buy an adapter?I mean if I bought an apple or samsung which are also made in china, would they come with chinese adapters? The seller does not mention that this item comes with a chinese adapter and is misselling the item. What good is an electric toothbrush when it wont charge?
