These are perfect books for beginners. They were not too easy, where he could look at the picture and guess, but also not too hard where he gave up. Repetition on common words, so now my son can spot those words easily. This is a great set and would recommend to anyone with a child in the beginning stages of reading.

Cute but very small
My son loves anything blaze so he loves them but my biggest take back was how small these books are .. literally paper thin with a few pages per book. Each book has different sounds that it works on âlong e short e / long a short a ect.â So thatâs cute if your child is starting to read

Nice and sleek, compact size for travel. Mu sons love it, and they love Blaze. I have a phonics reader 4yo boy at the moment and he always asks for books before bedtime, and we brought this to our recent trip. Plus points on the carrier case!

Jedes einzelne der Büchlein fokussiert auf das Lesen und aussprechen eines bestimmten Lautes.Da es für Eltern wie mich, die ihre Kinder zweisprachig erziehen schwierig ist, einen guten Einstieg zum Lesen zu finden, habe ich hier zugeschlagen und es bislang nicht bereut. Meine Tochter macht mittlerweile bei den Super Readers schon recht gut mit und kann schon einzelne Buchstaben und Wörter erkennen. Daher finde ich es absolut angebracht mit diesen Büchern zu beginnen.Allgemein bin ich der Meinung, dass die Step Into Reading Reihe sehr gut gemacht ist und auch didaktisch richtig ansetzt.Das Ganze mit Charakteren die die Kinder lieben. Da kann man wirklich nichts falsch machen.
