Wow, what a cute book! I really couldnât ask for anything better: easy to read and understand, straightforward directions to reflect upon, and relevant to many peopleâs lives! I work in therapy groups and I could see reading these passages as serving as a starting point for people to talk about or parting thoughts for folks to take action on. Of course, not everything will apply to every person, every time, but itâs always good to take stock of your progress and where you want to go. This book is an excellent value that one can read year after year.
