Really helpful for sore hands
I have used these gloves only once, just yesterday, but immediately knew it was a good purchase. I canât speak to the longevity and durability of long term use yet. I used them for lifting weights on my cable system. I noticed that it helped me grip the handles, rope and bar better and easier. I even felt I could go heavier because my hands were not as sore trying to grip. With lifting heavy weights, my sore hands may have held me back for a long while now in not being able to go up in weight. I may try to go a little heavier my next workout to test my suspicions out. These gloves protected my skin where I have often accidentally scratched myself with the nails of my other hand while doing certain exercises. They also protected the web of skin between my pointer and thumb where I often get a lot of tension and rubbing which have led to some papercut-like skin tears. I ordered a medium and they fit great. My concern with gloves is that it might fit nicely with a flat hand but when clenched into a fist or gripping, it might be too tight and cut off circulation. That did NOT happen with these and they are forgiving for some minor swelling after using your hands strenuously. I will post a picture for anyone who is unsure of sizing and may have similar shaped/sized hands as I do. Also note that the gripped area on the palm side is padded like a cushion which adds to the comfort.

Really comfortable to wear, has perforated fabric (at the top of your hands) so that your hands don’t get too sweaty as you use them, I would say to size down 1 size as it does run big (and this is coming from someone who dosent have slim hands) overall pretty happy with the purchase!

I have sweaty hands when working out and these keep the weights from moving or sliding around in my hands. The gloves provide a good grip on the weight. They also keep my hands from slipping on the ground when doing push-ups. I always air dry them after my workout . They do fit on the larger side. I have regular size hands and purchased a Small. They fit perfectly. I would recommend and purchase again if needed.
