We found this book to be very educational ans easy to follow.Exercise and balance are so important to overall health and this book is a perfect example of step by step instructiions for the whole family, young and old. Password was readily available. Videos come up so tiny that it’s impossible to read what they are about unless you have super great vision. By the time I take a magnifying glass and go through the tiny print my eyes are red and running and I can no longer watch the small video to exercise. I think the advertising should state that if you don’t have perfect vision you will not be able to access videos since that is basically the truth. .
