My mom is very independent and she has fallen a few times and I got her this book for her to work on getting better balance. This book is very easy to follow and wont be hard at all for her to learn . My favorite part is your setting or laying no need to worry about losing your balance. With the 10 ten minutes exercises it has for beginner’s but when you get stronger they are some more challenging exercises. I love that this book also have videos she can watch so she will feel like she’s getting the most out of the exercises.
