Quality Adjustable Jump Rope
The adjustment is super easy. Very durable and works great. Highly recommend for the cost. Super light weight and compact. Can be used in any rotation. The handle grips are super comfortable.

Lightweight & Long Enough (Read Below)
I will adjust this rating to a 5 if the ropes last long enough. I just recently bought them.They’re great for a typical jumprope used in group fitness classes. It’s difficult to find ropes that are as long as they say. These ropes do work for up to 5’8-5’9 females. My class only contains women, so they work for us, but I’m not sure for a taller male.

The skipping ropes started to snap after a couple of uses. I started off with10 ropes and am left with 9. I’m disappointed and wish I could have returned them but have missed the return window.
