Not actual yoga mats
These mats are some type of easily destructible foam; we purchased for yoga group classes annd after 3 uses they are soiled, torn, and headed for the trash. I only wish I hadnât purchased them a few weeks before classes started, as weâre now out of the return window.

Ordered this mat as gifts for the employees that were attending the team meeting, and they were sufficient and like by the employees.

Not suitable for Pilates or yoga
Theyâre a foam paper mat that is very slippery, absolutely no grip and are very easy to tear it using it for friction. Pretty thin for exercise so Iâm not sure what these could get used for excpet shelf liners. Used it once for Pilates and yoga and it tore and threw it away. It was a nice color though

sticky bottom, slippery on top
While the bottom has some good grip, the top of the mat is very slippery. If you flip it over, the mat slides all around. Not a great purchase.
