    The daily reader format makes for easy reading in the midst of busy schedules
    It’s obvious in reading this book that Linda has worked with a multitude of different clients. So many of the stories and insights are completely real and relatable. I personally do Weight Watchers, however this information is compatible with ANY plan! The daily reader format makes for easy reading in the midst of busy schedules. It’s something I can go back to and read over and over, each time finding something new that will be useful in my journey to optimum health. No matter where you’re at in your journey, weight loss or maintenance, this book is applicable and helpful. I highly recommend this book!

    A workbook to work on changing behavior for permanent weightloss
    Love this workbook. It helps you to work on making changes to your behavior and choices so you can conquer your struggle with food and weight issues. I would buy both and use the 2 to cover 6 months of behavioral change.Author Spangle ‘gets it’ . No platitudes or dead obvious things. These are the things that hold us back that we don’t recognize. Great especially for yo – yo dieters.

    Great motivational information in an easy-to-read format.
    For all of Linda Spangle’s fans from her first 100 Days of Weight Loss – the new book of 100 More Days of Weight Loss will look very familiar. She has followed the same format that was successful and is very organized to bring new material as well as fortifying the former material. The book covers her own personal stories as well as the success stories of her clients.If you haven’t read Linda’s books, you will find that she is able to present good sound information in a very easy to read and interesting style. As a person that has had my own struggles with weight control, I have used Linda’s books and have had a lot of personal success at taking off weight and keeping it off. As always when someone finds weight slipping back on, I immediately return to her books as an inspiration and guide to get me back on track.
