When it says caffine added, I think of SST or other supplements like that where you feel the caffine but its less than that of a cup of coffee. So, for me I crash every time I take this. I have what is known as attention deficiet and lethargy. Most of the herbs in this bottle are what I take separate. So, I thought this combo would be great so I don’t have to keep separating them. I guess I am wrong since it makes me even more tired after taking regardless of the caffeine. I even purchased the other one without caffeine and it did the same. My son who also takes herbs for lethargy and attention deficiet also tried both and he bacame even more tired as well. So, those who have add or adhd this may be a pro or con for you since we are more sensitive to many herbs which can work the opposite for us. And this being the case of both products from this company.I hope the rest of you find benefit even though we didn’t. It really is a great combo if you know your herbs and vitamins and how they work together.
