Decent combo of calcium, magnesium, zinc with a bit of b and d mixed in. Disappointed with the orange flavor. I usually like orange flavor but these are closer to no flavor. Still easy to chew and swallow but not enough orange. At 2 per seving, price is a bit high. However, it is a keeper for now.

I was super surprised at this gummy vitamin!First, the taste is the same as the tropical freezer pops from the 90âs. Or maybe like the Ecto Cooler? I cant remember which one for sure. Never-the-less, it gets extra points for the nostalgia burst!These also dont hurt my stomach at all, which is rare!These also do seem to help. I take them before bed, and i do notice a positive but subtle difference ok the days i remember to take them.Highly recommend this as an addition to your daily vitamin routine!!!

Easy to chew, slightly fruity but “green” taste is different
Some gummies seem really sticky, and I like their coating your teeth with sugar. These are not like that. They seem to be giving a good amount of calcium and other nutritionally valuable vitamins and minerals, but not too much of anyone thing that can be irritating to your stomach or digestion either. You do need to take two, for one dose. The price ends up being comparable with good calcium and vitamin D gummies from a membership club like Costco, but somehow a better texture

Mature adult formulation
I always feel it is misleading to label a product “1200mg” without adding “if you take two” afterwards. Why not say “1800mg” or “2400mg”? In any case, each candy provides 600mg of calcium.I am told that 1200mg is a mature adult minimum dosage, with a maximum of 2000mg. For other adults, the range would be 1000mg to 2500mg. But do not consider this an expert recommendation.They have added D3 (which is normal) and K (which is often neglected). I shall still consider this a mature adult formulation when I see that they have kicked up B6 and B12.No sugar? Then what do they use for a sweetener? Stevia extract and xylitol.I shall take one twice daily.Do not take these candies as if they were candy. Everything in moderation.

Great supplement but very sweet
This is a delicious chewy orange flavored gummy. I love this because it brings excitement to taking my supplements, and even my picky mom asks for it. The 1200 mg of calcium includes extras such as sea moss, D3+K2, B6, B12, boron, ashwagandha, black pepper, magnesium, zinc, potassium, and vit c. It is very sweet. It includes stevia and xylitol with natural coloring. It does have 3 gm of carbohydrate  for 2 gummies. This combination helps me to take less vitamin supplements that seem to add up over time, but I do wish it was a little less sweet overall. I’ll keep taking this because I love taking my supplements in gummy form!
