What I have learned…
I was hoping this supplement would be a panacea for my aging, osteopenia…I take 35 mcgs. of Fosamax weekly and do well with it. I just thought I needed a little help. It’s taken me 4 months to figure out; but it’s clear I’m getting enough calcium in my diet that I do NOT need this supplement but more to the point? It created constipation which I’ve never had in my life…I stopped it…My “normalacy” has returned. Too much calcium will do this to a person; that I knew. I just thought I knew what I was doing and even my bone doc agreed yesterday. “Live and learn”. They are finding it will also harden the tissue around organs…Best to KNOW before you “leap” like I did, foolishly, but am grateful to have learned!
