Exactly as advertised. Two in one back roller. The outside of the blue part is a bit softer than my previous one (not purchased here), which is a huge improvement! The hard inner shell gives support while the nubs really work into my muscles. The inner, foam only roller is just an exquisite overall muscle relief when the nubby, firmer roller is too much.
