Great Results Frustrating Bottle
I have gone through two bottles. I have noticed a change in my hair and my skin. My nails are brittle to start, will take time to heal. Taste great but had to take the time to get them all out of the bottle and into another container to easy access and less frustrating on a daily basis.

I have taken powders, liquid and now this form of Collagen. I like not having to worry about mixing or remembering to take the liquid before I leave at 5am. It has good ingredients and does what it is supposed to.

Pretty good so far – but the texture
These are pretty good. I do feel them having a good effect on my hair and nails. They taste good. My one drawback for now, as these are new to me, is that I noticed they begin with a texture they donât end up with after a couple of weeks. They became a little more stale and gritty even though I keep them in a dark more temp controlled environment. Not sure why the texture changes. Iâm going to stick with these for now.
