Confusing Magnesium Levels, But Great Add Ons
I was a little confused by the label, it seems like a lower than typical level of magnesium, just 200 mg per dose. Typical products like this have 400 – 500mg Magnesium per dose. Only half as much of the good stuff here. A 60 day supply, 2 bottles, and the price is low to average for this type of product. Though with the lower active ingredient level, a mediocre deal! It is nice that it includes potassium and even calcium. The pineapple taste is very good.

A great mix of necessary supplements
I don’t like eating bananas, so I ordered this because I needed a potassium supplement to help with my nightly leg cramps. I always prefer liquid over a capsule . . . it’s easier to swallow and absorbs quicker. Because of the combo of ingredients I not only get Potassium, I also get 3 forms of Magnesium and some D3/K2. This combination allows me to remove 3-4 capsules I usually take daily which means less junk and fillers dissolving in my body. It has a slight sweet, pineapple taste. The box recommends taking 2ml a day. The dropper has measurements up to 1ml, but I couldn’t squeeze more than 0.5ml at a time. I guess this allows you to adjust the amount you want to take. Overall, I find the to be a quality supplement. Only time will tell if the Potassium and Magnesium solve my issues. Fingers crossed.
