I bought both books together. Complete waste of money for me. Not what I thought at all. Breakfasts include things like cabbage salad or chicken cutlets. Some days menus are identical.

This recipe book is wonderful. Great for a family just starting out on this real food eating plan. All recipes are easy to prepare but they also introduce me to foods that are new to me and to some preparation techniques which I did not know. My family has enjoyed these new approaches to some old favorites and I feel like I am a more accomplished cook.

Black and white photos which made the food look like crap. Terrible menus e.g day 1 breakfast is white cabbage salad and carrots – really!! Snack 1 is a cup of tea, 1 oz Parmesan and 2 tsp honey – really!?! Such a waste of money.
