Difficult to inflate.
My wife wanted a set of smaller (<7â) exercise balls. There donât seem to be many, so I ordered these.First, no instructions. After you look them over, you will figure out how to remove the plug in the ball with the little white âscoopâ part.Inflating these takes a combination of quickness, stealth and luck. Removing the pump from the ball and sticking the plug back in without losing too much air is the trick. After a couple of abject failures you will be able to capture enough air to make it work. Regarding the 5 Star, 1 review rating. If you go to the Banian store on Amazon you will find 51 ratings at 3.9 stars.

I received three balls, but they do not have a valve or pump as represented here. They came with a drinking straw and plastic cork. Ball cannot be fully inflated or pressurized as shown in picture. Walmart has far better options. Requesting money back.

Waste of Money.
Comes with plugs and straws that have no use with the balls. No instructions. No self sealing, pull the pump out and the ball deflates before you can plug the hole. Waste of money. Think I was scammed into buying a defective product.

I purchased these balls for physical therapy. An affordable option. I have to deflate them part way and lay on them and rolling back and forth. It’s helping!
