These are a lot cheaper and does the same job as the expensive aluminum ones they sell online.

Works great and is durable
I bought these when the plastic discs that came with my polishing wheels broke after only 1 hour of use. These arenât threaded so I had to buy a 5/8â bolt and nut to hold them on the polisher but these will last a long time.

Had to use Dremel to get it to fit on my Jet Grinder 5/8 Arbor
I took away 1 star because the hole was to small for my 5/8 arbor on my Jet grinder. I just took my Dremel tool to the inside and removed a little bit and got it to fit no problem. For the price it’s totally worth it and these are a must have if you’re using airway Buffs.

fit great and perfectly round and balanced
even better than the original ones that came with it they go up to where the 5/8 threads change to that section that goes up to the next size where the threads usually stop the flanges that came with the grinder keep going and these stop right there after the threads but before the solid shaft. i only use the original ones as spacers on cloth wheels that are not thick enough. so im pretty much set. very impressed with the precision and balance.

Best flanges for airway buffing wheels
I have airway buffing wheels.and the plastic flanges that zephyr SELLs are. Twice as much and break the 1st time you use them. these flanges wont break since they are metal .and metal always trumps plastic. Have no complaints especially the price. Plan on buying a few more sets.for back ups.

I donât know if mine were defective, but they are basically two flat washers and are not indented enough to leave any thread visible on the arbor to secure a nut too. They are totally useless to me and will be returning them.
