Gift for nephews
Our 13 yr old nephews requested some weights to assist them in thei4 wo4kouts.This package has the items they requested and they are not overly heavy so they shouldnât injure themselves. Just enough weight to help give a little muscle definition but not go overboard.Quality workmanship and materials used.

Not bad for some light weights
When I first ordered them, they were intended to be used for shadow boxing. The kettle bell handle makes it great for giving you the little extra dip in pushups. It’s not enough weight for strength training, but great for circuit training on days you can’t make it to the gym. My box was pretty beat up, so be sure to do a good check for cracks in any of the parts as there is no padding, just the white material that comes with new TV’s to prevent damage from light rubbing.

Renter friendly! Easy to assemble (does take time) but worth it for the price. Everything comes apart for easy storage in a basic storage bin. Not the heaviest weights but great for more reps and working on form. The dumbbells connect to the neck pad to make a barbell. Liking it so far ðªð½
