I heard batana oil is going to be the next viral craze for self-care/wellness so I decided to give it a try. I focused on using the oil as a scalp treatment and have loved the results so far!First, it smells amazing! It has a cocoa butter coffee scent. I wear it overnight when I go to bed and it still smells fresh in the morning.Since Iâve been using it for two weeks, itâs still too soon for me to see if itâs helping with hair growth. But Iâve noticed my scalp is much more hydrated and not dry or flaky (especially in the winter). Iâve also been applying a small amount to the ends of my hair to eliminate frizz. The oil is lightweight so it doesnât weigh my hair down which is nice.Overall, this product has so many benefits for beauty enhancements! I love how versatile it is as a hair and skin treatment. So, I feel like I was lead to believe that this was 4oz of batana oil. The title says 4oz Pure Organic Batana Oil.Seems logical, right?Nowhere in the title, description, or pictures does it mention additional ingredients, at least when I ordered and when I’m writing this review. Hopefully the listing changes and adds an ingredient list.This is the ingredient list on the bottle and the box:organic batana oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, olive fruit oil, jojoba seed oilI’m allergic to avocado, so now I have a $30 bottle of oil I can’t use. I would not have ordered if I knew this had avocado oil in it, but that info was not made clear in any way so I had no idea until I opened the mailer and the box says it has other ingredients than just batana oil.I have a variety of allergies and ALWAYS check ingredients before ordering any kind of product with ingredients (food, skincare, hair care, whatever) and I didn’t see any mention of other oils in this product.You can spend $10 on a 2oz bottle of JUST batana oil, no other added ingredients, which is what I’ll order instead of using this.The bottle is glass and seems nice enough, but I’m not opening it because I don’t want to risk an allergic reaction, so I can’t comment on how well it works. I can kind of smell it through the bottle, and it reminds me of walking through the coffee section of Whole Foods. I don’t mind the scent, but I can’t tell if it would last when applied or fade away so it could get overwhelming if it stays.The bottle is not sealed, but there is a plastic wrap on the box.This is a big problem for a listing because knowing the ingredients is really important for customers, and if it had the ingredients listed in the description, I would not have ordered.

Iâve been using this for a few months and my skin is far more hydrated than before (especially in cold climates) and my hair feels fuller and stronger. Have continued to use it through the summer and the positive results have continued. I highly recommend this product
