I canât believe how concise and content rich this healthy weight loss book is. Iâve tried ketogenic, intermittent fasting, metabolic centers, and tons of caloric deficit diets. I lost some weight but then gained it all back using those systems. Not only does this book give you the exact steps of how to burn fat, but it shows you how to make your weight loss permanent. This is not a fad! I also love that the doctor addresses the emotional component of weight loss. Must read!

Wow!! I literally lost 2 pounds in the first two days after reading this book. Honestly, it was short, concise, and to the point! I walked away with actionable steps to lose weight and do it in a healthy way! As a bonus, the last chapter offers an addiction protocol that can be applied to anything not just Fat loss or dieting. This is such a refreshing approach to losing weight (in a healthy way )without starving yourself or dieting.

I thought this book go to the point since is not very thick but itv tells you what you most likely already know and then the whole point of the book is that they are selling their product that some HCG hormone reset so practically to overcome your weight issues you got to get the product I donât recommend this book at all.

I was blown away at the level of detail in such a short book. Weight loss has always seemed so mysterious to me because there are so many conflicting ideas. This book clarified the physiological process behind fat loss and the role thatâs hormones play in maintaining a healthy weight. It also cut through the false ideas that media has taught us. I absolutely love that the doctor put a chapter about the role emotions and food play in weight loss. Thatâs incredible!! Looking forward to reading more material from them.
