Much Better Than Expected
I am happy to say that these are much better than expected. I was positively surprised at how easy they are to use and are not in any way awkward. In fact, they are so comfortable, they feel like regular Dumbells when using them.I’ve had a regular set of dumbells in the past, and these are so far superior them, I wish I had bought these sooner.

Falling apart out the box
I was so excited to get these, Iâve been working on myself and I wanted to get some equipment to make it easier to work out. So it was really upsetting and disappointing to get them and realize that Iâm not just one, but a couple of them kept popping off like that. Made me feel like I had bought a cheap product. Thereâs definitely so much options to pick from that I would just go with another product and hope this doesnât happen to you.

Inexpensive way to help with at home weight training.
Only reason for 4 vs.5 star, is the fact that it does loosen a bit, but not a deal breaker. Easy to re-tighten before each use, so I don’t believe it would cause injury.

It’s versatile system
This 44 lbs Dumbbell, Kettlebell weight training system is compact and user friendly. Beside being multi-functional, this system is also surprisingly efficient. The locknuts are so well tooled that it’s fairly fast to change weights for different exercises(video). Overall this is an excellent addition to my home gym.
