Roller part defective.
I like the sleek design for my make up bag, but not sure how I feel about product yet because I cannot use the roller ball. It came with possibly a broken spring, or something like that to cause it to pop out as soon as you remove the lid. I’m not able to apply product consistently, plus it’s just very annoying it just constantly pops off when trying to use it.
