It is great. It is vitamins and it does control hunger. I take it even now that I m on semaglutide. Lost 12lbs so far.

Worth the money
Husband has been taking these regularly for about 2 years now. He had to up the dose from 2 pills to 3 a day and itâs still providing the balance he needs.Using these pills, changing how he eatsâ¦heâs lost over 50lbs and keeping the weight off.

This product is misleading and does not work.
Iâve been taking a similar product, a different seller and it worked great Along with my other diabetes medicine. But this Vitamin supplement I highly advise not to buy it does not work. Actually my blood sugar seemed tired and I never changed my diet. Always watch my sugar intake still had a high blood sugar reading every morning. Highly disappointed in it.
