    The very unclear photos make this a fair book at best on senior seated exercises.
    As someone well into their senior years but who has been active in numerous martial arts and fitness programs for more than 7 decades, I am always open to new or unique books and material on various fitness programs. This is why when I saw this 130-page soft cover book on Amazon (50 Chair Exercises for Seniors by Darcy Willis) I decided to purchase it.I have also taught numerous seated/chair workout programs for many years to seniors. I thought there might be some good information in this book, but unfortunately, I found this book to be a disappointing instruction manual on senior seated exercises.Besides not having page numbers, which I had to write in myself, the photographs are the absolute worst unclear black and white photos I have ever seen in a book. I thought the instructions were easy to understand, which is the only positive aspect of this book. In fact, I have also taught many of the same exercises shown in this book. This is why I gave it a 3-star rating trying to be fair.In conclusion, unfortunately this is only a fair book on senior chair exercises.Rating: 3 Stars. Joseph J.     Poorly composed
    I never saw a book so poorly put together. The pictures were very poor grey quality. They were so bad that it was hard to tell what they were trying to show. The text that went with the pictures was not on the same pages as the pictures, which made if very cumbersome to work with (if you could figure out the pictures). The grammar was horrible, The sentence structure was weak. Some of the text was repeated two times, one below the other. I don’t think if was proofed.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

    It has your basic move for loosing up all which are good , But the POOR quality picture cheapen the book as very poor copies to the point it hard to make out what’s happening, even with glasses on
