    Excellent and detailed directions for best and sustainable results
    I have recently got all three of Dr. Su’s books. I am most interested in “6-Minute Knee Pain Cure.” However, the other two books are extremely valuable ancillary material.I started implementing “6 Minute Fitness at 60+” a few days ago. It is too early to evaluate results but I must say it has changed how I approach the exercises and perceive results. I should state I am quite a few years over 60 years old.I particularly like the explanations of exactly how to achieve good form, optimal timings for the exercises, and what to avoid as they cause sub-optimal results.Videos showing correct form , referred to at the end of the books, are available at Dr. Su’s site as are other ancillary materials. I strongly recommend viewing them and studying them in detail.I will update my review as time passes and I will be sure to comment on my progress and observations.For now, I must say I am highly impressed by all three books and highly recommend them for those wanting to stay mobile and healthy.

    Incredible addition to the 6-minute series by Dr. SuHaving personal experience with knee injuries due to sports reading this book has helped me so much! It’s amazing, it’s simple for everyone to understand and incredibly informative. I have done a lot of research in order to resolve my knee pain due to years of sports and there’s nothing out there as simple and doable and as informative as this book! Highly recommend for any one struggling with knee injury but even if you aren’t it’s a must read in order to prevent wear and tear on the knee! Must read!

    Gives me hope
    I’m looking with some dread toward knee surgery in October. The cortisone shots I’ve had every 3 months for years have finally failed me, as I was told they would. Dr. Su’s book has given me hope that I might be able to avoid the surgery.In addition to which, the book is well written, with appropriate anecdotes that illustrate various points. I just put the book down, so haven’t tried the exercises yet, although the illustrations in the book look as if they are ones I can manage. Here I go with fingers crossed.

    This is an excellent book, like pretty much all of this author’s books. I have had knee pain in one knee for a long time. This is the first resource I found that actually addressed it in a helpful way and is also easy to understand. You will find the exercises elsewhere, but you will not find them put together in the groupings of alignment, strength and flexibility. That is part of the genius of this book. The author explains concepts and ideas very well in an accessible way, so you can really understand why you are doing what he advises doing, and why the advice will help. The illustrations and photos are great. This has helped me enormously to get back to normal life and my normal exercise routines. Thank you to the author once again (I also recommend his book on core work) for helping me get rid of pain and get back to feeling good again.
