Great Set for a Nice Price
This is a great set for beginners and those transitioning away from flat resistance bands. I got the gray set, by accident and although it is not as easy to differentiate as the color set, it is still easy to tell most of the levels apart. The tubes are good quality, especially for the price, and I don’t see them tearing or breaking any time soon. The handles are sturdy as well. The only thing that I wish was better is that they are a smidge shorter than I expected, but just barely. Overall a great buy for the price an quality.

Nice variety of resistance
The bands and handles are a nice quality. They work well with no issues. I use these for a lot of my physical therapy exercises. I like that these can be combined to have more resistance. These are great for most people but especially great for people who want a great workout without a lot of equipment or to go to a gym.

Great for at home gym set
We use this at home tension set a lot in our home gym. It allows you to do curls without dumbbells and you can target specific muscle groups to workout. It has many different sets with different tensions settings which I find very functional. Overall I couldnât be more pleased with my purchase.

Resistance Bands Vine Review. Brand: FITENSE. Many of us buy exercise equipment, use it a short time then quit. This is an excellent âTest the Watersâ set. These bands come in two sets, a colorful set and a grey tone set. If you donât get what you ordered, then return and exchange is simple.If you have ever used these âtubesâ you know they are a step up from flat bands. They are clearly labeled for a weight range and work with handles and straps, typically ankle straps. This set has all that, and here an unusual complete range from 10 lbs to 90lbs. You should be able to evaluate if âbandsâ will work for you. Psychologically speaking, itâs best to find some â¦. âpump you up musicâ to play while exercising. Maybe 5-10 songs. Then maybe you can somehow create a 3-5 minute per slide, visual slideshow using the positions to progress through. It is band bonus, that given the portability of these bands, you CAN take it with you.Then if you do find you like these bands and stick with this type of exercise these can augment another set that has better features at a higher price. Nicer handles, larger straps, more door anchors and safety cords inside their tubes. All of which will work with these bands. Great for a beginner!
These resistance bands are great for someone new or returning to strength training. I love the variety in weights, which makes it easy to tone and strengthen different muscles. The products are easy to use and attaching to a door handle is a breeze! I look forward to building muscle and toning up in the privacy of my own home! Definitely recommend for the casual workout or someone just starting their fitness journey.

Great home workout
These are perfect for a home workout. They are a great value as you get several different weight resistances to use, and as a beginner Iâve been able to work up slowly. Paired with my little desk wall pad Iâve lost 20 lbs in 5 months and am starting to look and feel a lot more toned now that Iâm using these. The instructions for use are clear and make using them easy. They are better quality than an old Pilates set I used to have that I was trying to replace. These are a good deal for the price and work well for my needs.

They work, but lower quality materials
I wanted these specifically for the 70 & 90 lbs bands, that my other set is lacking. They do have good resistance in the stretch, but they’re lacking in elastic rebound. Comparing them to what I already have, they lack the rubber band elasticity on recovery. They don’t try to snap back quite like you’d expect, but more slowly recover. It’s not bad, but noticeable when comparing to ones made from a different material.They come with D rings attached to the end of the bands, which some do not. While that’s a nice bonus, you need to include more than 2 carbiner clips with the set. That’s just not enough & I’m not sure I’d want to put 270lbs of pressure on 2 clips. If it’s a manufacturing decision of 2 carbiner clips included or D rings on each band, carbiner clips on each band would make more sense. Otherwise, more carbiner clips are needed with this set.They do work & they get the job done. They come with higher weighted resistance bands than similar priced sets. They’re not bad, but using a better material and more carbiner clips would help.
