I really liked this toothbrush, but after 5 months it would no longer charge….Since it was well past the Amazon return window I contacted the seller via email and heard back from them in one day requesting a video of the toothbrush turning on and quitting after 2 seconds. After I emailed the video they asked what color I would like and told me that they have a one year warranty….I received the replacement the following day without need to return the original. Great customer service.

Product works great. It is quiet. Abnormally long. The only downside is some of it is touch screen so my hand hits the buttons while I’m brushing. And the actual brushes are kind of small but other than that it does work great I would recommend.

Got them for the kids and they love it!
Ordered these for the kids so they can be more efficient at cleaning their teeth than the manual toothbrushes. The kids love it and can feel their teeth getting cleaned much better than manual. I like it because it runs for the 2 minutes that kids are supposed to brush. As any parent knows, you tell a kid to brush for 2 minutes, they’ll say it’s 2 minutes after about 30 seconds. Now they have to go until this thing says so. Their teeth cleanings regimen is better with this and their dentist has reported they are all getting much better results after using these.

VERY disappointed.
This was a huge disappointment. You turn on the device and there is no way to turn it off. It has to cycle through a bunch of “settings”, each about 2 minutes long, before it goes off on its own. I ended up putting it on a towel after I was finished brushing my teeth (after about 5 minutes) and letting it go through the rest of the settings by itself. The buttons are tiny and the instructions are useless. I am so sorry I bought this.
