Great Read
I have read a few of Tim’s books. This one was a great reminder of some of his core principles. It really helped me return to the joy and exploration of movement. I feel better since making a few changes in my workouts. Really helpful is practicing uninhibited diaphragm breathing. I highly recommend it.

A fitness book written for me!
After a hard fight with Covid and multiple surgeries, other fitness books left me more discouraged with unobtainable goals and routines I could never do. This book meets me where I am with goals that match my own. Look better than I do now, and feel as good as possible while doing routine things like carrying groceries upstairs, walking around town, or helping a friend rearrange furniture. This book can take you much further than that, but probably isn’t the best choice if you’re trying to look like shirtless Thor.Thank you Tim Anderson!!

Must Read for a Strong and Healthy Body
Tim has done it again. He gives you a simple straight forward approach to helping anyone become the best version of themselves from a physical stand point with a some directions to help improve your mental and emotional health. The book is fairly short but that doesn’t mean that it doesn’t include a lot of information. Tim has gotten rid of the fluff and provided a lot of QR codes that will lead you to the exercises he advises you to do in the book. I highly, highly recommend this book. There really isn’t anything out there better than this for improving and maintaining your strength.

Excellent book! But it!
When you are tired of tearing yourself up and suffering injuries with other programs or routines as I was, invest in this book and Mr. Anderson’s information. I have used his reset methods for a while now and they have been very effective in restoring function in my body! This book is loaded with great information and ideas for practical health oriented strength training! And you just might discover the true purpose for your strength in Life.Bravo Mr Anderson on another fine piece of work!

It feels good to feel good
Sometimes when you really need something it falls right into your lap. Timâs latest book is exactly what I needed. I canât tell you how often I self-sabotage myself with guilt or shame because I missed a workout or I didnât push hard enough or I over-indulged at dinner. Iâve gotten really good at being hard on myself. What I think Tim would say I should be doing instead is practicing positivity and get good at that instead of practicing negativity. It seems so obvious, doesnât it?Tim doesnât over complicate things in his approach in this book. And I think thatâs the point â we should not overcomplicate our strength training and fitness goals. We should find the things that we enjoy in our training and explore them.I read this book while nursing a minor injury and it was just what I needed to âreset.â Interestingly enough I read his last book âBe Nakedâ this time last year when I was in a fitness rut â it was exactly the inspiration I needed then too. Not sure if Tim can keep up his yearly release pace, but Iâll be looking this time next year for another dose of down-to-earth wisdom from him. Side-note, my minor injury was resolved by daily resets, which Tim discusses within the book.Iâve never met anyone more willing to share their secrets like Tim. He truly is a student and a teacher willing to pass on his knowledge. Also, youâll love the Easy 21s, which is something I want to start incorporating into my fitness life. Oh, and that getup will blow your mind. Enjoy!

Strength for mind, body and faith
This is an amazing book for a beginner or experienced exerciser. Tim shows the mental aspect of being strong that a lot of trainers do not focus on. He also is not ashamed of showing his faith which is unusual in today’s climate. The programs in the book are very good as well for gaining strength at any ability level. Tim’s holistic approach to strength should be the standard. I typically train with programs from Dan John or Pat Flynn, Tim is on their level. I wished I discovered Original Strength earlier in my training journey.

So much good information
I love Tim Anderson’s work. This book is very accessible to all levels and connects sophisticated concepts from multiple sources in the physical cultural world, without over complicating anything. This work touches on everything from the concepts in “Brain Gym”, 5 Tibetan Rites, the amazing work of Dr. Leonard Schwartz, very creative and original use of infinity patterns, to escalating density work. It is all woven together in Tim’s passionate voice. I really enjoyed it and I am sure I will go back and reference it again and again.

Simple is so often the best.
Awesome information simple yes but oh so effective. The informattion in this book touches the whole person and literally will help you move and feel better. We are wonderfully made and designed to move. I’ve used the reset for the past six months and my mobility and functional strength just continue to get better. At almost 70 i am moving better that in my 50s.Paul

Very clear, precise and full of wisdom. Although I don’t agree with every advise religiously. This book is very dense and helpful. May ALLAH bless you with bests of all worlds and wisdom to all . This book is very well structured too. Only one thing its not numbered chapter wise. It’s like how elders advise you about wisdom of life. Mister Anderson is like a wise elder advising wisdom. Allahumma Barik.

I stumbled upon OS 5+years ago and from reading some of the blogs and watching some of the youtube videos, it started to make a lot of sense to me. I then bought OS reloaded and it even made more sense to me. I started implementing OS into my routines and at times I practised OS daily. I bought a number of Tim’s other books and implemented parts of them in my routine. I made progress with my body and movement but not enough, I still had some chronic issues with my hip and a lot of stiffness all over including my shoulders. I was in my late 30s when I discovered it and I wasn’t ready for OS because I didn’t listen to my nervous system and jumped to the harder resets very quickly like elevated rocks and rolls and leopard or spiderman call. I am now in my mid 40s and maybe a bit wiser but going back to the beginning and using resets daily but concentrate on more gentle ones not constantly trying to push my body. I do some of the harder resets but I also do the proposed easier ones like baby crawling but that is what my body needs to heal. I think it is like the phrase (paraphrasing) “when the student is ready, the coach will arrive”. In my late 30s, the seed was planted with OS but it is only recently that I have been ready to take it on board. This would not have been possible without Tim’s very clear and simple book on a very complicated matter. If anyone wants to live well into old age, this is a must read. My current fitness goal is to make walking a superpower. This might sound strange but if a walk makes my body feel great, it will show serious strength and make other things in life easy. I am so grateful that I have come across Tim. I do not understand why his message is not spreading wider but as mentioned the student needs to be ready.

If you are looking for a book about strenght training, this is not your book. It was my case, and I was a little disappointed when I readed the book.I’m rating It five stars because there are very valuable thoughts on it. Maybe too much references to superior powers or strenght. But, again, it is the author’s point and it deserves all my respect.

Tim’s message is simple, and it has been the same for many years now – we all have a strength and vitality system built in and it doesn’t take much effort to access it. What it does take is consistent, daily practice or you can call it exercise if you wish. It can be minimalistic – daily walking with some squats and pushups or can be supersets of kettlebell carries and spiderman crawls.I’ve read several of Tim’s books and I would call this one an evolution of his work. He makes a solid case for being strong and the importance of it in our lives. I like his work and his message, so I am naturally biased towards his teachings.
