I think this set is so cute and comfortable. I would say it fits true to size. I am 5â4 160lbs and got a size L. The top does come up a bit when you raise your arms so I probably would save this outfit for leg/cardio day and avoid yoga/arm exercises.

the shorts run a bit small and are very short. for reference im 5’9. Padding on the bust are is a little akward aswell and the twist detailing isnt AS beautiful and flattering as shown on the product image. Great quality nonetheless and am gonna order in more colors!
