Best Shampoo For My Oily Hair
This shampoo is a life saver and the best thing I’ve ever used. It’s perfect for my hair type (wavy, thick, oily).Listen, my hair is a massive pain to deal with. It gets oily so fast, like by the end of the day its already slicked back and shiny. I have used countless shampoos and conditioners trying to find something that gets rid of the oil and doesn’t dry my hair out. Everything I had used before either left my hair still oily or dried it out to the point of making it frizzy. Didn’t matter what it was for or how expensive it was. So I am so happy that I tried this shampoo and that it worked for me.I’ve used this shampoo for about a year now and I love this shampoo because it actually gets the oil out of my hair but doesn’t make my hair frizzy afterwards. I don’t use conditioner at all, just this shampoo and it’s enough to clean my hair and keep it moisturized. Also I love the smell of citrus so I think it smells amazing. I hope they make this shampoo forever because this is my lifeline now.Definitely give it a try if you got hair like mine!

Where’s The Watermelon Scent?
I kind of have hit and miss with ACURE products. I love their clarifying shampoo and conditioner for my gray hair. The volume shampoo was just ok. This one cleans well and makes my hair shiny. The scent is very orange-like an orange popsicle. I don’t smell any watermelon at all and found that kind of disappointing, especially when that’s the scent that is listed first and I thought would be more prominent. However, it works really well so I’ll use it, but probably won’t order again.

Reformulated, contains sodium benzoate/other ingredients not listed (ingredient list needs updating)
I was using Acure’s products because they weren’t formulating them with the things I’m sensitive to, and this seemed to be a good solution for a while for me and cleared up my scalp irritation from using other products. At some point more recently, though, the product, all of a sudden, did seem a little different, and I also started having new skin and eye issues that I’m realizing might be related, but I didn’t put two and two together that the product may have been reformulated until just the other day when I noticed that the ingredients on the newer bottles are different from the older ones. The shampoos and conditioners that I use, at least, and maybe also others in the Acure line, have sodium benzoate in them now, among other things that may have changed (this is just the ingredient I’m personally concerned about).So, for those who are sensitive or allergic to SODIUM BENZOATE, beware that it may be in the Acure product you’re purchasing, but the new formulation/ingredient list may not be updated on the listing. (They haven’t been updated yet on the ones I’ve seen on Amazon or Whole Foods so far, at least.)I’m also posting this so the vender can be aware. Please update these listings with the new ingredient lists (and check the ingedient lists for the other scents and products, too). Many people are using these particular items because we are sensitive or allergic to the ingredients in most other products and need to check all ingredient lists before ordering anything. TIA!

The hunt is over!
I have researched SO MANY natural shampoos that actually clean my hair and I won’t buy anything else. I used to have to wash my hair every day but can usually get 2 days out of a blow dry with this shampoo. Also scanned green in the Yuka App.

Great and light product for the hair for daily wash after working out in the gym…have slight scent but so gentle on the hair …highly recommended
