Love this brand!
Usually I use the charcoal mask but wanted to try this, love it! Cleans my skin, leaves it feeling clean and refreshed. I also use their face gel clesner which I absolutely love. The price is great for the ingredients. It also lasts a very long time, a little bit of this stuff goes a long way!!!! Very impressed with their line of skin care.

BAD RECENT FORMULATION! what is happening
As others have mentioned, their most recent formulation is literal SOUP. if you open the cap, the stuff just SPILLS right out.It was NEVER like this before. I love ACURE normally, and have been buying for years, and before there was a nice thick consistency to it with actual exfoliant. this stuff is just SOUP. I wouldn’t even have written this review except I usually buy this at Whole Foods, and THAT stuff was soupy, so I tried again on Amazon, hoping it would be a different batch but NOPE. just straight soup again. SO SO DISAPPOINTING. Really hope this is a one off but I’m really afraid it might not be. They’re losing me as a customer if this continues. Really sad.

Used to be an actual scrub
Basically there has been a clear ingredient balance change. I have been a loyal user of this scrub for about 4 years straight. I had Subscribe and Save for 3 of the 4 years until recently and never bought anything else for my face but ACURE. Many many months ago i noticed it went from a medium exfoliator to a literal soupy mess. I know the company uses less chemicals so I wasn’t going to be that ignorant person who immediately complains when there couldve been simply a batch issue. But I’ve realized this is more than a differentiating batch…. its the current mixture. It used to be a gentle scrub. Not as harsh/coarse as the Yellow Acure Brightening Scrub but it could still can be considered an exfoliant. Now you literally can not even open the cap unless the bottle is upside down lol. Added a video. Its like water. Every single order. So what i have to do for now is mix a more coarse Acure “scrub” to this one because it clears my face better but i do not find it ideal to pay DOUBLE for what one bottle used to do. Unfortunately I may have to look for another scrub. I will attempt through ACURE but might have to find a new facial care company after 4 years. Sigh.*Updated to 3 stars because Acure did reach out to me acknowledging my review and issue.

The fruity smell is subtle and not overwhelming. The scrub isnât as granual-ly as the brighten scrub – but I supplement with my face cleaning brush. Cream based cleanser that isnât dehydrating.

I was surprised with how well this product works since I have struggled to find something that will help clear my acne and black heads. Most of my problem is with my black heads and enlarged pores on my nose and cheek area. After just a few weeks of using this product consistently my pores are nearly non existant and black heads disappearing! My acne has drastically improved, which I only really have a minor problem with on my chin and in between my brow, however my chest and bicep area worse. My chest and bicep area have cleared up drastically and I haven’t seen any new formations of pimples there. I’m a relatively active person, working out at least three times a week and I sweat a lot both working out and at work. This product has been a life saver and I will definitely be buying more in the future!

Ok so let me start by saying I have oily acne skin. Super oily in the summer and dry in the winter. I break out normally in the T-Zone area and my chin.I posted these 3 items because 2 of them are the exact same product with one slight difference and then 1 item is probably what your looking for.The charcoal lemonade cleansing clay mask is exactly what it is. It’s super mattifying and leaves my skin feeling fresh. It has chunks of lemon (at least I think that’s what it is) I personally smell the charcoal and not much of anything else. Maybe a hint of lemon. It does the job.Now the charcoal lemonade scrub is not a scrub. There are tiny pieces of dried blueberry that’s supposed to act like it’ll give you that scrub sensation but it doesn’t. Its actually the exact same as the mask and gives the same benefit.But if you want a scrub, my suggestion would be to get the brightening facial scrub. (Yellow tube pictured) This IS a scrub and has helped a lot with my acne as well as lightening acne scars. So kind of a two in one action. I always use this at night about 3-4 times a week so I can take off the days grime on my skin. Its refreshing and cleansing. Doesn’t strip the skin and leaves your skin feeling fresh and smooth.If you haven’t tried this product, then you’re missing out.In all, it doesn’t matter which one of the blue tubes you get because they are the same.

I used to purchase this on my local store however, apparently its discontinued product and anywhere I go it’s no longer in stock. So I checked amazon and found it here. However, It’s very liquidy and does not have the same texture at all. Just like everyone’s saying “It’s not the same compare before”
