Wide and Long
So as the title states it wide and long. Has great grip on my wood floors. The padding is just right. Not to thick and not to thin. It came in a black bag which I will not use. Nice touch for someone that will use it. The strap it came with is great, very easy to use. After I use it, the mat rolls up easily. Storage wise, it goes in closet corner standing up as to not take up much space.

Great mat
This is a great mat. I wanted a mat big enough for when stretching or doing push ups and this size is perfect. The material is good. Itâs thick enough for comfort. However, it can get marks that will remain. I was wearing an outfit that had a zipper and the slider dented the mat. Thatâs the only reason I am giving it 4 stars. Also, although the mat remains in place it does moves around a bit. But compared to my old one it doesnât move at all. I wish I would have chosen a darker color as it looks gross when sweating on it. Nonetheless, the color is beautiful.

This yoga mat is great Iâm 6â1 and itâs good for me as other mats are too small and also the mat has good grip and itâs pretty thick so it is comfortable. Iâd say the only bad thing is since itâs black if you use shoes or anything gets in it, it will look dirty very easily but itâs not a big deal because it is a really good mat

I wish my whole floor was like this mat. I got this for an area of my hallway that’s carpet for my baby to crawl on. I figured it would be something I could keep even after my boy gets older. This mat is perfect. It’s large and thick enough to have some cushion but extremely light weight. I love it! After my baby gets older hopefully I can use it for exercise and yoga.

Very good mat
The extra width is helpful without being oppressive. I thought I would miss all the guidelines my last mat had drawn on them, but it turns out a simple line down the middle is all I ever needed. The mat also lies flat at the ends better than most mats; whether that’s because of the extra width or the linear treads on the bottom, I’m not sure. I appreciate that this mat was also marketed to men: yes, we do exist and do yoga, and the extra width is especially appreciated. My only quibble is that despite being shipped in a box and a plastic/vinyl carrier (which will probably just go straight in the trash), it arrived with some small marks and indentations that I’m not sure will go away in time. Other than that, great mat.
