Great extra weights for my gym!
This set is excellent for me and my wife, excellent for the forearms and wrist of my wife with a variable weight able to be changed according our needs, very confortable in our hands, instructions in clear English and super affordable. We are very happy with this new addition to our home gym.

Easy to use, Build quality and Comfort
I love these adjustable dumbbells. They don’t take up too much space in my home gym, I’m able to get multiple weights out of one, basically. The weights are also perfect for me, at 5, 10, 15, and 20, since that’s usually all I use for arms. It’s easy to twist the handle to adjust between the plates, dumbbells can get super pricey, but this dumbbell is a great value, overall very happy with this purchase.

I’ve had these for about a month now and I just have to say that I love the hand-feel of these. It’s a soft plastic that is perfect for holding for extended periods while watching a TV show or something. The adjustable plates are also a nice plus and you can even put most of them on one dumbbell if you want

Great Support and Great Product
These weights look great and are a solid choice for home weights. They can even grow as your strength does. My personal torture of choice is P90X3 and many of the exercises require doing aerobics with some sort of weight. The weight doesn’t need to be heavy but does need to grow as you progress and these were nice starting weights for just that sort of activity. I love that they have the American Flag as well. They also have an added bonus that you can buy a set for you and your wife as they have multiple colors to choose from. Great Buy!
